Well, I can’t think of any better way to celebrate my new blog than with a post about ME ME ME. That was kind of a joke. But, not really :)
I just, for the first time in 3 years, found my wedding pictures on CD format [my hard drive crashed on me and I thought I'd lost them!] so I figure I’ll let you in on a little bit of me, circa 2003!
Here’s me pre-ceremony:

Another one of me [my husband, Josh, and I opted to the traditional route and didn't see each other prior to "the walk" down the aisle!]:

One of my favorites from all of my wedding photos, these were my favors:

Here’s our programs [6 seperate pages, thermographed, and put into vellum envelopes and then clothespinned to a lattice that seperated our wedding garden and reception site. They were on each side of the aisle for the guests to grab!]

These were actually located on a table for guests to pick up when they arrived. Our “while you are here” cards let the guests in on our unique details- which included a photo booth, a memory picture wall, a carmel apple cake, and of course dinner and dance!

We did a very formal “send off”. My husband and I hand-made 200 blue flags for our grand exit, and they were such a great addition to the evening! Our wedding was really short- about 2pm to 5pm total, and this was mainly because I wanted all of our guests there to send us off! Here are the flags pre-exit:

Here’s a few of my handsome and amazing husband:

I love that man! Now, as I mentioned before, our carmel apple cake:

First dance [I loved my hair...]:

And our exit:

Bridesmaids running after our car, waving our flags. I died for those photos [and the video!]

Last but not least, for my own pleasure, I wanted one shot of the back of my dress. It was custom made by a friend of a friend’s mother, because I had fallen in love with a similar style that was a bridesmaid dress. None of the pictures really justify it, but this will just have to do:
