This is compliments of Lydia over at Ever Mine, Ever Thine, Ever Ours. She may be my new favorite just completely due to her internet scouring abilities. My jaw dropped when I saw this ceremony shot, below:

My heart is warm, y’all. Like, THIS is what it’s about. Truly, this. If you aren’t familiar with the Christian faith [though I can't be positive what faith the ceremony is], the laying of hands is something significant. It’s a way of giving a blessing to a person through a tangible, passible feeling. It’s certainly intimate. Certainly personal. Certainly lovely. The love surrounding this couple and the power in the image it captures gives me the chilly chills! I heart it SO much. And just in case that’s not enough lovely for you this glorious Friday, one more that makes me grin ear-to-ear from the same wedding:

I can’t thank Novia Distinctive enough for these images that have made my day so bright!! Tomorrow actually marks the official LAST day of my vacation [which came conveniently the day after my last 2009 wedding] and as much as I hate to see it go, I’m excited to be home and see what my new “off season” and life schedule holds! I’m beaming and brimming with every hope, feeling, anticipation, and love that I could ever imagine. Seriously! Since I’m so utterly inspired, can I suggest myself as a help with planning your southern California wedding?? I’ve got the time. I’ve got the heart. I’ve got the know-how, and I can create a stylish, modern, personal wedding for you to boot!

Soak this Friday in like it’s the last day of your OWN vacation and then, this weekend, be determined to make it what it’s meant to be! Always pleasant, always productive, always chipping away at the to-do list [wedding or not] while still chirping like the happy birdies that you are! Back to normal life soon enough, so make this “season” you’re in one to be reckoned with!

xoxo,

A.
