This has been one of the weddings that I had been waiting for ALL YEAR LONG. Leah has such amazing style and ideas that I knew it was going to be a fabulous event from the start. It was so much fun going along on this journey with her & putting all of her visions into place. The fabulousness all went down at the Smog Shoppe in Culver City. Which, if you haven’t been to before, you MUST check out. It’s the sister property to the amazing Marvimon out in Downtown Los Angeles. You may remember it from Megan & Brodie’s recent wedding there. The Smog Shoppe got it’s name due to the fact that it literally use to be a Smog Check facility back in the 80’s. But now runs as one of the “greenest” event facilities in California. Which I totally love.

Just one of the countless talented vendors that we worked with on this day was Steve Luxenberg of Weddings by SML. To say that the Same Day Edit video that they came up with was good, would totally be a downplay. It was beyond amazing, took my breath away, and left me with tears in my eyes, and goosebumps all over. Steve and his team did an amazing job at creating such an unbelievable product in such a short amount of time. And I am beyond honored to be sharing it with all of you now.

Stayed tuned for more of this wedding to come from the talented Brandon Kidd. That is after he gets back from shooting Josh & Leah’s “day after shoot” in HAWAII! Umm, yah, can I just PRE-volunteer to tag along next time as a lighting assistant or something? Brandon, you know that you and Kristin need SOMEONE to help you manage that HARSH Hawaii lighting right!?! I’m just sayin….
