Am I getting obnoxious yet, or WHAT? I seriously cannot believe that I’ve been able to consistently post about my features once a week, every week! It’s not planned or prompted for the most part and I feel constantly honored that people want to feature my work!

The fabulously detailed and stylish wedding of Laura and Mark was featured on the covet-worthy blog 100 Layer Cake! Seriously, a dream for me! I’m thrilled to say that the post is PACKED with pictures from the lovely, wonderfully consistent Stephanie Williams! The day included a double decker bus, a mariachi band, two dresses, lots of style, lots of emotion, and lots of New York pizazz!

Hop on over to see it in it’s full glory, but YIPPPEEEEE for Shannykins and Scott’s rustic homespun wedding being featured on the beyond-fabulous and famous blog of Jen Campbell, Green Wedding Shoes! Fun, fun fun!

A little preview to whet your appetites [of course, I just kinda sorta gave you that yesterday, right below, with the description of Shannon's flowers!!]:

The farm-inspired portraits, the historic site location [which was in her family!!], the large bridal party, the funky, fun, unique wedding was full of vintage glamour and homespun wedding details. Really, it’s worth the moment it’ll take to soak it in!!

Visit the Green Wedding Shoes post directly and brag about how you “knew us when”, ’cause these So Cal Event Gals are going places!!

Hoping you’re making your Friday full of lovely “features” in life of your own! Enjoy the rain- we hardly get it here and I find no reason to complain when it IS here! I’m one of those stand-outside-without-an-umbrella-and-just-enjoy-it types of gals. And I love it!

Yayers! I love when I find out that images I’m even partially responsible for “cooling” [as in, making cool- was that one totally lame??] are featured somewhere!

This was, if you remember, from my tabletop photo shoot a few months prior. I can’t thank the internet world enough for their crazy support of my kid’s table at a wedding idea with tons of fun personal details and crafts!

Prost to the Host featured not one, but two images from that table settings- one of the poppies centerpiece and one of the kid’s table with giant round balloons tied to each chair. LalalaLOVING it!

The inspiration board is pretty killer cute, too!

Hopefully you’re loving it as much as well!! Have you seen any of my images floating around??

You can always see more of my work as a Southern California Event Designer on my website. Since I’m always thinking and creating… anyone have any special requests of what they’d like to see?? I just shot a couple more earlier this month, but the wheels of change are cranking out new designs and new color combos all the time! Can’t wait to continue the debut of pretty pretties for you all!

Please remember to contact me personally if you’re looking for a wedding or event designer and even if you’re beyond the walls of California… if you’re just looking for design consultation, I definitely do that, too!!

Hope you’re having a fab weekend- apparently mine is fabulous in the making and I didn’t even know it! So thrilled to be home after a HUGE wedding yesterday! The couple was gorgeous, we definitely had HOT August weather but it was by the beach and the sunset was so unbelievably perfect. Sigh… love it!

Thank you thank you THANK YOU to my good friend, Carrie, who’s always got my back. I never would have found this but low and behold, one of my tabletops was featured in a design board that was inspired and featured some time ago SOMEWHERE on The Knot.

If anyone finds a specific link/article… oh man, I’d love you. I’d take a “screen shot” of that baby SO fast!

Finally, the person who wrote the article that went with it featured it on HER website as well, you can find thatHERE.

Carrie actually found this board over at Lucky Me and I followed the trail of links back and back. Fun to do at 8am! For sure.

Here’s the design board, in all it’s glory. Note the lower right hand picture and HOLLA for me:

And okay- so we’ll talk about it! This past week I’ve been ignoring my blog and I’m SORRY! I have been so tremendously busy and even more filled with butterflies about my fun weddings approaching. The lovely Brittany will be blogging another of our weddings from last weekend and we still have a 3rd to post, too. It’s a fun time, spring, for all of us!

We love you. You love us. We love love. You’re IN love. Works perfect.

So, I haven’t previewed my tabletops for any of you yet. I did 4 earlier this month. I had two fabulous photographers there and I am still waiting for pictures to float in. But apparently I cannot wait any more. Why, you ask? Because one of the photographers blogged them.

That’d be Jordana Hazel. She blogged about a week and a half ago. And since that blog, it’s been pretty consistent. Once a week, I’m featured somewhere out there in the internet world. And because it’s not fair to keep YOU, my lovely readers, in the dark whilst the rest of the wide web roams and frolics with my tables…. here’s a preview of where they’ve been featured. More details to come [as I'll be showing them off once a month on their own, just like I did last time], but I am so so SO thrilled on the pre-buzz BUZZ they’re already getting.

Humbled. Honored. Flattered. I can’t believe my eyes [says my heart]. Thanks for being you, and letting me be me. :)

The lovely bride over at East Coast Wedding gave a short rant about kids at wedding while featuring my killer mod kid’s table [as a compliment to my poppies, below]:

With This Ring posted about my tuscan warmth of a table early last week, with Jordana’s collage:

And then, just today on Green Wedding Shoes Blog was this lovely collage dedicated to my happy, modern, clean poppy table:

I am so so SO thrilled that my clients have been seeing my name all over the internet. It’s crazy, really. Have you seen them anywhere? If so, let me know! I’m thrilled to be featured and I hope that one I finally DO feature my tables, you’ll all fall deeply truly madly in love!!!

Have a weekend beaming with sunshine and kisses- rain or shine!

I am absolutely adoring the new wedding style and inspiration blog, Grey Likes Wedding! So, when I saw that Summer, the inspirationist [yep, made that up], whipped up a cute-to-boot collage/board for a Preppy Wedding, I was 100% thrilled to have one our pictures included!!!

preppygreennavy.jpg

Kelly and Navy?? Oh so chic. Oh so in love! And the photo of mine that she included was one of Maddy and Steve’s amazing, gorgeous, over-the-top-eddly PERFECT letterpress programs!!!

Yippee!! Tomorrow is filled and filled and filled AGAIN with fabulousness. Plus, I cannot WAIT for my wedding this weekend. Big smiley faces with googley eyes!!

A little link love for the day. How fun that things I am involved in are getting to be important parts of design inspiration boards. Here’s one from today that included one of my fun tabletop centerpieces:

I am dying- DYING- at the color scheme and would love to work a hip, pretty, freshly springed [that's not a term, I know, but doesn't it sound so much like a romantic walk on a cool day??] wedding like this. The aqua and yellow make me swoon- especially for guys in grey suits to match [even if that isn't what's pictured... hmm, maybe I should make my own freshly springed tabletop??]

Thanks for the love, as always, from everywhere!

Just found a little pop of one of my fave ‘08 weddings, Madeleine and Steve!

This wedding has been all over the web, mostly because the FABULOUS Amy Squires is responsible for the amazing pictures!

Awe, ain’t she cute??

Head on over to Brenda’s Wedding Blog to see lots of inspiration on a daily basis!
